CUAD Clause Extractor (Qwen3-4B fine-tune)

Paste contract text (up to 12,000 characters) and the model extracts all 41 CUAD clause types in one pass, quoting the contract verbatim - clause types that aren't present are explicitly reported absent.

A QLoRA fine-tune of Qwen3-4B: detection F1 0.900 on the official CUAD test set, vs 0.869 for Claude Opus 5.5 zero-shot and 0.816 for zero-shot Qwen3-14B; self-hosted it costs about 1/50 as much per contract as the Claude API. Model card · Serving benchmark · Training code
